We at Suhas Jewellers ensure that 100% of the exchange of the invoice value is availed by the customer in circumstances relating to the exchange of the product within 15 Days of the date of purchase. Only The Products purchased from the Suhas Jewellers website or our Store are eligible for exchange excluding the customized and personalized jewelry items. We accept the exchange request once the customer presents a valid invoice within 15 days of purchase.
The exchange value will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case the exchange value is higher than the amount already paid, the customer will have to bear the cost of the additional amount. If the exchange value is less than the amount already paid, the amount cannot be returned, we request the customers to choose only such products for exchange which might make the amount even. Kindly note that under any given circumstances returns of products cannot be accepted.
