We at Suhas Jewellers ensure that 100% of the exchange of the invoice value is availed by the customer in circumstances relating to the exchange of the product within 15 Days of the date of purchase. However, We do not appreciate or allow the exchange or return of customized and personalized jewelry items. The Products purchased from the Suhas Jewellers website or Shop are only eligible for exchange excluding the customized and personalized jewelry items. We accept the exchange request only if the customer presents a valid invoice within 15 days of purchase.
The exchange amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case the exchange value is higher than the amount already paid, the customer will have to bear the cost of the additional amount. If the exchange value is less than the amount already paid, the amount will not be returned. Hence we highly recommend the customers choose only such products for exchange which might make the amount even.
Under any given circumstances returns of products cannot be accepted. Refunds are not available. We request our customers to check every possible aspect of the product and service they are willing to purchase before time.
